SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, including weekends and holidays.

Shipping Carriers
We ship orders via USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and DHL.

Shipping Options
We offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping within the United States.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Costs
- Free shipping is available for all U.S. orders over $50.
- Orders under $50 are charged flat rate shipping based on location and service.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or text.

Shipping Insurance
We include shipping insurance on all packages to help protect against loss or damage during transit.

Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at treenacrews@gmail.com or call 443-922-8262. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Eligibility
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, and photo proof is required.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for: - Personalized items - Clearance items - Hygiene-related products

Return Window
To be eligible for return, customers must contact us within 10 days of receiving the item.

Item Condition
Returned items must be: - Unworn and unused - In the original packaging

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds & Store Credit
We offer store credit only for approved returns.
Once we receive and inspect your return, store credit will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged: - Contact us immediately - Include photo evidence of the damage
We’ll guide you through the return or replacement process.


ORDER CHANGES & PREORDERS

Order Changes or Cancellations
You may request a cancellation or change to your order within 24–48 hours of placing it. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.

Preorders
We accept preorders on select products. Estimated shipping times will be displayed on the product page.
We do not accept backorders at this time.


HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During peak seasons and holidays, please allow additional time for order processing and shipping due to high volume and carrier delays.
